Our standard human serum is a proprietary products that is commonly used as a replacement for OTC (off-the-clot) serum. It is used as a negative base matrix and can be manufactured to customer specifications and can be manufactured with out without sodium citrate. The material is available in large batch sizes which minimizes cost and testing time for our customers. It is also more readily available than OTC with normal source plasma donations >200,000L annually and provides a more consistent product overall.
